"I would highly recommend staying at this hotel everything is modern and they have thought of all the small details, the heated pool was very pleasant and our room was lovely and spacious, the hotel overall was extremely clean and well kept, no signs of dirt anywhere, the hotel from the outside also looks lovely and colourful and modern, the staff are very accommodating and even provide ice buckets in the rooms which you can ask to be filled at the bar which is a touch we particularly enjoyed, overall we would highly highly recommend this hotel."

Excellent stay!

expansive selection comfortable bed

The hotel is conveniently near the DLR. The breakfast buffet featured an expansive selection. I found the bed very comfortable. The television in the room had many great features like Chromecast and Internet access.

decent stay, some issues present

closed bar lukewarm food

the bar was closed during my entire three-night stay. it made the evenings rather dull. the new televisions in the rooms do not support chromecast, and there are no options to watch films through the hotel. breakfast was quite basic with lukewarm cooked options.

a somewhat flawed experience

unreliable wifi hot room

the hotel is very close to public transport as the dlr is a short walk away

the wifi was unreliable it connected but failed to load anything i had to use my mobile data instead the tv mirrored this issue since it relied on the same wifi so internet tv did not work the air conditioning did not function adequately either resulting in an uncomfortably hot room since the windows could not be opened
